Responsible for trainings for Kyrgyz veterinarians. Initiator of the program aimed at reducing the population of stray dogs and the incidence of rabies and echinococcosis among people in Kyrgyzstan.

At the beginning of her professional career she collaborated with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Poltava. She has been living in Poland for several years. She has had her diploma recognised and has the full right to practice her profession in Poland. In the Foundation she is mainly responsible for translations and international contacts. She is the coordinator of the Foundation's activities in Ukraine (a cooperation is being negotiated).

Adiunkt, dr Jarosław Pacoń jest absolwentem Wydziału Medycyny Weterynaryjnej we Wrocławiu. Pracę na uczelni rozpoczął 1.06.1988r. Stopień naukowy doktora nauk weterynaryjnych nadany przez Radę Wydziału Medycyny Weterynaryjnej Akademii Rolniczej we Wrocławiu uzyskał w 1993 roku na podstawie rozprawy pt.: Pasożyty muflonów, jeleni i saren z terenu Dolnego Śląska. Tematyka prowadzonych badań dotyczy chorób pasożytniczych zwierząt domowych i łownych. Zainteresowania naukowe obejmują również parazytozy zwierząt egzotycznych, głównie gadów. Jest członkiem PTNW, Polskiego Towarzystwa Parazytologicznego. Za osiągnięcia w pracy naukowej otrzymał nagrody zespołowe I i II stopnia J M Rektora Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego we Wrocławiu w latach 1993 – 2017. Dr J. Pacoń prowadzi ćwiczenia i wykłady dla studentów I i III roku Wydziału Medycyny Weterynaryjnej z przedmiotu Biologia oraz Parazytologia i Inwazjologia. Uczestniczył w zajęciach szkoleniowych (wykłady i zajęcia laboratoryjne) dla studentów z Kół Naukowych. Sprawował wielokrotnie opiekę nad pracami studenckich kół naukowych na Wydziale Medycyny Weterynaryjnej, a studenci pracujący pod jego kierunkiem kilkakrotnie zdobywali wyróżnienia na Sejmikach Studenckich Kół Naukowych.
