The second visit of our partners from Kyrgyzstan

Categories // Events

On the 26th-28th of September we once again had the opportunity to host our partners from Kyrgyzstan.

We started our visit from exploring the Small Animal Clinic at Freie Universitat in Berlin. During our 3-day visit we showed our guests:

Resarch Laboratory www.laboratorium.inneko.pl
Research and Implementation Center “Eco-Innovations” eko-innowacje.eu
The modern landfill site
Graveyard for pet animals “Polana przyjaciół” inneko.pl/polana-przyjaciol
Dog Hotel www.hoteldlapsow.com

We spent a lot of time in Daniel Figiel’s Veterinary Specialist Clinic in Barlinek where our guests had the opportunity to see how does the everyday work of veterinarians look like – physical examination, laboratory diagnostic, medical imaging and surgeries.

We also organised a separate meeting to discuss the history of establishment and functioning of Polish self-government structures of veterinarians. While we were having breakfast we also met with dr Andrzej Lisowski. On Friday, after all this experiences, we went shopping to the local mall.

Of course we did find time to discuss some details about our further partnership in 2019.

The culmination of the visit was a meeting with the residents of Gorzów Wielkopolski and the surrounding area on the golf course Zawarcie where we shared our memories from our expedition to Kyrgystan in 2018 and presented our plans for the future.

They visited us:

  • Kubatbek Mamatkulov – Director of the Veterinary Statutory body of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Keldibekov Kubatbek Vice-chairman of the Veterinary Council of the Veterinary Statutory body
  • Mullakeldieva Gulshan Specialist of education and continuous professional development of the Veterinary Statutory body of the Kyrgyz Republic
